CARICOM: Support for the Implementation of WTO Commitments in the Caribbean Community

Working with the CARICOM Secretariat (CCS), CTPL helped to consolidate the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME) through improved monitoring of multilateral trade commitments and strengthened implementation once the self-assessment provisions were complete. The problems that this project sought to address were fragmented and uneven capacity and will to implement trade commitments among national governments and regional institutions.
