Russia: A Millennium Round Study for the Government of Russia 1999–2000

CTPL and CTPL Moscow signed a contribution agreement with the Department for International Development (DFID) for a short-term project with the Russian government. The project consisted of preparing recommendations for Russia's participation in the WTO ministerial conference in Seattle (December 1999) and assessing the consequences of the conference for Russia's bid to join the WTO. A result of this project was the recognition of CTPL Ottawa and CTPL Moscow as local WTO and international trade expert organizations by the British government.
